QT店铺批发说明 Wholesale details 什么是混批？What is a mixed batch?
混批是指不限产品的种类和样式，买家只要采购总价（或总量）达到或高于设置金额（或数量）即可享受批发价格。 Mixed batch means you can mix any types of products, as long as meet MOV( Minimum order value) or MOQ( Minimum order qty)then you can enjoy the wholesale price.

Question 1 ：关于多少起批，支持混批吗？金额有没有限制？运费怎么算？Can mix types of products?What is the minimum order amount?
所有产品按照上面的起批量就可以，首次350元起批，补货300元起，全包邮！支持网上汇款交易！每个产品我们都有写明最低订购数量，有问题请联络本店。Just order based on the MOQ, 1st time purchase is RM350, free postage!Online banking!Each product we have specify the minimum order quantity, please free to contact us.
Question 2 ：上架的产品是否有货？万一没货了怎么办？ Is every item have stock?In case out of stock how to do?
我们所有产品都是预购销售，页面上显示的宝贝都是有货的，当您下单后，本店会向厂商询问产品是否有货，由于厂商每天的销量较大，如果您汇款后，厂商在配货时发现断货，本店会联络您，并且马上退款。 All of our products are pre-order sales, items that display on the page are available when you order. We will check with the manufacturer whether the product available stock. After you do payment, if manufacturer find out there is a shortage item, we will contact you and refund.
如有以下状况出现：
例如如果您买刚刚 好300元而已，当配货时发现缺货，缺货数额是100元，本店包邮后还马上退款的话，(>,<)”那对其他客户也不公平了。。所以呢本店会照样包邮发货，但将在下一个订单时才扣回给您，请您谅解，因为只有超过300元才包邮的哦。。
Question 3：产品是否可以选款式或颜色？ Can I choose the style or color?
关于款式及颜色问题，配货的时候默认都发混款。颜色款式随机发，但是您可以写备注，我们尽量按照您写的配，如缺色缺款就给您随机发了，请见谅！Styles and colors are randomly choose by supplier.However you can give us remarks, we try to arrange.
Question 4：我已经付款了，什么时候可以发货？多久才可以收到货呢？After i paid, when can receive goods?
我们会在您付款成功后24-48小时内向厂商订购，厂商用2天时间配货，预算7-9天工作日后到达您家。运送时间会因距离，天气和不同快递公司的操作流程而不同，我们会经常向您提供包裹详情。After you did payment,within 24-48 hours,we will order with supplier. They will pick and send out between 2days. Estimately 7-9 days working days to reach your home after you did payment.We will always provide you with parcel details. Question 5 ：你们有包邮活动和会员折扣吗？如何才能成为会员？Do we get free postage or membership discount?How can I become a member?
只要首次购买350元，续次300元或以上，都包邮。 累积消费满1000元， 可以直接成为我们的会员，每单折扣5%。 累积消费满2000元，，每单折扣10%。The first purchase is RM350, 2nd purchase or above is minimumRM300, free postage.Accumulate every purchase until RM1000, directly to be our members, every purchase discount of 5%.Accumulate until RM2000, will get 10% for every purchase.

如果收到货后货品有缺少或质量问题请在3天内及时联系本店，有质量问题的，请您收到货后及时拍照给我们确认，我们会给您一个满意的解决方案。If you receive the goods missing or quality problems, please contact us within 3 days after recieve the goods. If there are quality problems,once you receive the goods please take photos for us to confirm with supplier and we will give you a satisfactory solution.
